Our indoor spin cycling classes are performed on stationary bikes in our nightclub themed spin room! Spin classes are a great cardiovascular workout that includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training. Classes are meant for all ability levels because you control the tension of the bike. During this class you will be motivated by our amazing instructors, the music, and our amazing night club light system. With lights moving to the beat of the music you will be pedaling to the beat!

Our BootCamp workouts include interval cardiovascular training as well as strength training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and other equipment. Workout segments vary throughout the week so that no classes are ever the same. Our BootCamp will help improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle. You will see and feel results right away! Enjoy our BootCamp classes in our music-filled & light show environment where every class is new and exciting!

Our Cycle Bootcamp class is a 60 minute class consisting of 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and 30 minutes off the bike weight training. The BootCamp portion of the class will consist of workouts that include interval cardiovascular training as well as strength training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and other equipment. Workout segments vary throughout the week so that no classes are ever the same. Our Cycle BootCamp will help improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle. Are you ready to sweat? Step it up a notch with Drenched one of our NEW indoor cycling classes that will help you take it up a gear! Drenched is a sweat dripping, no fans on, cardiovascular workout that includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training. Drenched conditions the mind, body, and soul.

Are you ready to feel the BURN?! Inferno is a NEW indoor cycling class that will challenge clients with higher resistance and isolation movements that will help tone and strengthen your lower body! Inferno includes upper body movements on the bike to build core strength and is a great cardiovascular workout that will make your whole body BURN!

Ride and Ripped - click "Ride and Ropped" for class schedule & to sign up

This circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target upper and lower body muscles using resistance bands and body weight exercises on the side of your bike. Be prepared to break a sweat all while jamming out to fun music!

SpinBata - click "SpinBata" for class schedule & to sign up

SpinBata is a new cardiovascular and muscle endurance class that combines cycling with total body sculpting for a fun mix of high/low cardio combos. The resistance and cardiovascular training off the bike will mimic tabata style training(20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest). Just when you think you’ve had enough off the bike we will take it back on the bike to finish what we started! (sneakers are recommended for this class)

Reservation Policy
  • Single rides and packages can be purchased online or at the gym.
    • 5 Class Packages expire in 30 days and 10 Class Packages expire 80 days after your first visit.
  • Bikes can be reserved 7 days in advance.
  • Unpaid reservations are not accepted over the phone or in person. A single class or package must be purchased in order to reserve your bike.
  • Morning Spin classes at 5:30am will be cancelled by 10:00pm the night prior to class if there are no riders signed up
  • If there are no clients signed up for class 45 minutes prior to the start of the class it will be cancelled
  • *Bootcamp classes must have at least 2 clients in the class in order for it to be held*
  • *Spin classes must have at least 3 clients in the class in order for it to be held*
Cancelation Policy
  • You can cancel your reservation via your online account.
  • When you cancel your bike, the class will be returned to your package to use at a future date. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of the class
  • For monthly-unlimited riders: a late cancel or no-show will result in a $15 fee.
  • Bikes will be released 5 minutes prior to class to wait-listed riders. If you are running late, please call the gym and your bike will be held.
  • Monthly Unlimited Members will be automatically charged $15.00 as a late cancelation fee if the client does not cancel their bike 24 hours prior to any class that takes                      place at or before 9:00am
    • For all classes after 9:00am if the rider does not cancel their bike 12 hours before class they will be charged $15.00 as a late cancelation fee.
    • For any member who does not show up to class they will automatically be charged $15.00.
  • Class Package Holders will be automatically charged 1 class towards there current package as a late cancelation fee if the client does not cancel their bike 24 hours                                 prior to any class that takes place at or before 9:00am.
    • For classes after 9:00am if the rider does not cancel their bike 12 hour before class they will be automatically charged 1 class towards their current package as                                a late cancelation fee.
    • For any package holder who does not show up to class they will automatically be charged 1 class towards their current package.
Waitlist Policy
  • By signing up for the waitlist you are signing up for the class.
  • You may be removed from the waitlist and entered into the class several hours before the class or you may be added to the class from the waitlist at the start of class due to no               shows.
  • If you are not present and your name is bumped off the waitlist into the class you will be penalized as a no-show and charged a fee based on whether or not you hold a membership or class package.
  • If you don’t plan to come to the gym and wait you must let the gym know before class time.
  • If you remove yourself from the waitlist prior to the start of class you will not be penalized as a no-show or late cancelation.

Walk In Policy
  • Walk-ins without a reservation are welcome. You will need to pay for the class prior to the start of the class.
  • Priority is given to those with a reservation or on the waiting list. 


By signing up for this auto pay agreement you are agreeing to have your credit card charged every month. To cancel your monthly membership and stop the billing of membership fees, the club must receive written notification delivered to the club in person or preferably via certified mail to the club address on or before the day of your billing cycle.
