Our indoor spin cycling classes are performed on stationary bikes in our nightclub themed spin room! Spin classes are a great cardiovascular workout that includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training. Classes are meant for all ability levels because you control the tension of the bike. During this class you will be motivated by our amazing instructors, the music, and our amazing night club light system. With lights moving to the beat of the music you will be pedaling to the beat!
